By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Services may include:

• Website Redesigns
• Website Maintenance
• Digital Consulting

Additional services may be agreed to in writing.

Quotes

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotes may change if the scope of the project changes.

Project Scope

The agreed quotation covers only the work specifically outlined.

Additional functionality or changes requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Projects above an agreed value may require a deposit before work begins.

Late payment may delay project delivery.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Content
• Images
• Branding assets
• Feedback
• Approvals

Delays in supplying required information may affect project timelines.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during development.

Major design changes or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment:

• The client owns the completed website created specifically for their project.
• Elijah Camroux Web Design retains the right to display completed projects within its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-party software, themes, plugins and licensed assets remain subject to their own licences.

Third-Party Services

Projects may use external services including:

• Shopify
• Google
• Stripe
• Cloudflare
• Domain registrars
• Hosting providers

Elijah Camroux Web Design is not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by third-party providers.

Website Hosting

Unless specifically agreed, hosting, domain renewals and ongoing maintenance remain the client's responsibility.

Maintenance plans may be available separately.

Limitation of Liability

Every effort is made to deliver reliable and secure websites.

However, Elijah Camroux Web Design is not liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Website downtime caused by third-party providers
• Security breaches outside reasonable control

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, payment may be required for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all supplied text, images, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
